I don't know who is running the wasilla store but the owner needs to step in and get it under control because I'm here to tell you the chick with the colored hair is gonna close the doors on that place . First she needs to go to manner school and learn some manners because my wife and I are completely offended by how unprofessional she is . If she is in a higher position than just an employee sports clips should terminate her you do not treat your coworkers in the manner she does how unprofessional and embarrassing for that nice lady with curly hair she should report work place harassment because no one should haft to work in that kind of environment. Long story short if anyone is reading this DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT AT WASILLA SPORTS CLIPS IF THE LADY WITH A BAD HAIR CUT AND COLORED IS THERE my wife and I will never give them our business again as well as everyone I know that went there they won't go back promise ya that ..........

I checked in online, when I arrived and let them know I was there they told me I was on the list and it would be another 10mins, and to wait in my car for a text. I waited for about 20 mins and decided to check in with them again this time a different employee comes to the door and tells me I’m not on the list, and they can’t fit me in either. The service at this location has fallen off over the last year.

First off.. the hair stylists that cuts my grandsons hair is awesome. What I didn't like is either you have to go on line to get put on list or come down. Not all of us are trech savy or have access to internet. I called down and asked them to just put us on the list. "They were rude, very rude and refused." I never asked for an appointment I just asked them to stick us in the computer. I finally had my son do it for me and I still couldn't get the tech I wanted until I got there. My time is just as valuable as theirs and for the time she argued with me on the phone she could have easily added our name. As a result we had to sit thru at least 2 other haircuts. The sad part the tech I wanted was booked out while the rest of them were either taking people as they walked in or standing around with their thumb up their butts. This is not the first time that the techs either take their sweet *** time between haircuts while we sit and wait. It's like they check us out and decide who they want to cut and just wait. "BUT" what I am mostly upset about it how rude this person was and unwilling to help .. you business is all about customer service .. doesn't leave a good reason the recommend your place to any one else ..there is always a wait ..
